BANQUET GUIDELINES

In order to do proper planning a deposit of $50 is required.
 Reservations for private Banquet functions will be confirmed on receipt of deposit.

                                      Deposits are refundable 30 days prior to your function,
                                                   or can be used to secure an alternative date.

All menus must be determined 10 days prior to your event.

Guest counts must be guaranteed 3 days prior to your event. 
Final billing will be based on these numbers. 

In order to hold a private function, the following food and beverage minimum is required.

                                                                        Daytime Minimum $350
                                                                        Evening Minimum $1000

If the maximum is not met the difference will be billed in order to meet the agreed minimum.
Tax and gratuity are not included in the minimum.

Payment in full is required at the completion of all functions.
